At The Fairmont Chateau Whistler, we get our tart cranberries from Saskatchewan and they're so delicious that we are always trying to find new ways to use them in our festive recipes, anywhere from cocktails to holiday stuffing to these decadent cookies. These cookies are soft and buttery with a hint of tartness from the dried cranberries. They're the perfect treat with a hot cup of cocoa!
